What We Have to Offer


Peace by Piece Farm sits on 55 picturesque and historic acres in the heart of Chester Springs Pa, the most beautiful part of Chester County.  The farm offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, set back from a quiet road and nestled down a long lane.  At the entrance of the farm is an old barn from the 1700's, now used for trailer parking.  In many of the fields, old tanneries have been sectioned off and protected- the farm offers incredible views and scenic getaways.

The stable boasts 16 stalls, between two barns: 8 of which are 10'x11', 4 of which are 12'x13', and a separate 4 being 10'x12' with a private tackroom and office attached.  All stalls are matted, have windows or dutch doors, and fans overhead lining the aisleways.  In the newer section of the barn is a h/c washstall, heated bathroom, matted grooming pads and plenty of cross ties and space.  Garage bays are convenient in the winter and keep things warm, and provide entrances into the new barn.  We have a separate feed room, accompanied by a workbench and storage area.  We have two separate tack rooms: one for boarders, one for lesson use.  A large hay loft overhead offers more storage.

Around the farm are large fields, all with run-in sheds, as well as smaller paddocks for more private turnout.  The ring has excellent footing with brilliant lighting for the winter months.  A 9acre grass jumping field is ideal for those wanting to amp their horses fitness level, practice on more difficult terrain, and work over a derby-like Hunter or Grand Prix course.  The farm has lots of natural cross-country jumps, as well as full hunter and jumper courses.  Trails are close and abundant, as hunt country and paper chase trails are within hacking distance.
